Meet the DJs
Charlie Richardson – “Red Hot Charlie Pepper”
Charlie is a storyteller, game master, and all-around creative spark who brings humor, heart, and a touch of the unexpected to Ocean Waves Radio. A longtime writer and puzzle-maker, he’s also the mind behind fan-favorite projects like the Brotherhood of Mostly Successful Knights and the Red Hot Warriors of Knight Manager fame.
Never one to sugarcoat, Charlie mixes sharp wit with genuine warmth. He’s known for crafting clever contests, spinning tales with Monty Python-style goofiness, and crunching numbers behind the scenes to keep games running smooth.
Outside the game worlds, Charlie’s a lover of strong coffee, burgers and chili peppers (earning the nickname “Kochchi King” in Sri Lanka), and music—especially mashups, where he’s been known to blend Mozart with Vanilla Ice just to see what happens.
Now on Ocean Waves Radio, Charlie brings that same energy: forward-thinking, skeptical when needed, always quick with a laugh, and ready to turn even ordinary moments into stories worth sharing.
TJ
TJ is a natural-born entertainer with a knack for connecting people through laughter, music, and good conversation. A former karaoke DJ and seasoned game host in the chat community, he knows how to bring energy to any crowd while making everyone feel right at home.
A talented guitar player with a smooth voice he’s far too modest about, TJ blends humor, creativity, and heart into everything he does. Whether he’s sharing a story, spinning a tune, or cracking a joke that hits just right, he’s got a gift for turning ordinary moments into memorable ones.
