It highlights the stories of blind athletes and dives into how sports and recreation can easily be adapted and the numerous benefits of these activities. It showcases individuals who have participated in sports for the blind like beep baseball, goalball, tandem cycling, running, swimming, blind soccer, blind hockey, and many other activities. It also explores accessibility for blind sports fans.
